Two words Yummies…

Stupid. Simple.

I mean. C'mon kids. It doesn't get much easier or delicious than this.

No excuses. Go make it!

YOU WILL NEED

1 cup of rice
1 avocado
1/4 tsp sea salt

GET COOKIN'

  1. Cook the rice as directed on the packaging. 
  2. Carve the meat of the avocado our of the skin, discard the pit.
  3. Smash the avocado into the rice while the rice is still hot until the avocado fully melts.
  4. Sprinkle sea salt to taste.


Healthy eatings in 10 minutes. Yes!
