YOU WILL NEED
1 cup of rice
1/4 tsp sea salt
- Cook the rice as directed on the packaging.
- Carve the meat of the avocado our of the skin, discard the pit.
- Smash the avocado into the rice while the rice is still hot until the avocado fully melts.
- Sprinkle sea salt to taste.
Healthy eatings in 10 minutes. Yes!
