One of my many food philosophies includes "Anything tastes better stuffed into a mushroom cap."

Think about it. You could put Brussels sprouts, eggs, rice, beans, cheese, chicken, seafood, ANYTHING into a mushroom cap and it will improve in taste ten fold.

We have a popular salmon dip we typically make for large parties. It's fancy, decadent and takes just seconds to throw together. If you follow us on Instagram you probably saw that our yummy little minds got busy this New Year's Eve and decided to put a twist - or cap - on our salmon dip and turn it into a flavorful appetizer guests would love.
