If you follow Yumology on Facebook and Twitter you probably saw my post last night about changing up ToddlerBaby's "Ants Go Marching" lullaby to "The Elves Go Marching." Well, in case you were wondering how that little Christmas diddy goes, here are the lyrics we made up. Sing them to the same melody as "The Ants Go Marching."

Happy Holidays!

The Elves Go Marching

The elves go marching one by one.
Hurrah. Hurrah.
The elves go marching one by one.
Hurrah. Hurrah.
The elves go marching one by one.
The little one says "Let's have some fun."
And they all go marching
Round the North Pole
To enjoy all the snow.

The elves go marching two by two.

Hurrah. Hurrah.
The elves go marching two by two.
Hurrah. Hurrah.
The elves go marching two by two.
The little one wears his pointy shoes.
And they all go marching
Round the North Pole
To enjoy all the snow.

Three - The little one decorates the tree.

Four - The little one hopes it snows some more.
Five - The little one watches reindeer fly.
Six - The little one hangs his candy cane sticks.
Seven - The little one makes sure gifts are given.
Eight - The little one's making Santa late.
Nine - The little one says there's plenty of time.
Ten - The little one says Merry Christmas my friends.
