Traditional pesto is made with basil and pine nuts. Yumology's latest and greatest kitchen conquest is a pesto made with fresh parsley, pistachio nuts and a refreshing splash of Chardonnay.

The exotic yet familiar flavors that are embodied in our pesto creation are a grand accompaniment to a variety of dishes: poultry, fish, meats, eggs, even hearty vegetables. Upon completing the recipe in our test kitchen we rewarded ourselves with a lunch of fresh sliced tomatoes smothered in a healthy serving of this delicious sauce.
