YOU WILL NEED
2 cups of fresh parsley leaves removed from the stems
The juice of one fresh lemon
1/2 cup of shelled pistachios
1/4 cup of fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup of olive oil
1 cup of Chardonnay
- Add the pistachios and lemon juice to a food processor and chop until fine
- Add the Parmesan, parsley olive oil and Chardonnay
- Pulse until smooth
