As if high school students weren't annoying enough, they soon may be delaying your "fast" food orders with the latest trend in food over-indulgence - the potato party.

Catching on quickly, potato parties have become the latest trend in McDonald's restaurants across Asia. Students come in, order around $250.00 worth of french fries, then pull dining room tables together to create a 30,000 calorie mountain that must be eaten in its entirety before the group is allowed to leave.

Not only is this a monumental waste of time and resources, but the side-effects of consuming this much salt and grease could have a damaging effect on the health of participating students.

Take a look. Could you imagine your kids chowing their way through this?
