Our first Season's Eatings recipe comes from one of our own. Yumologist, Colby Rosauer is a professional chef, who's new business venture, The Sammich Truck, is guaranteed to bring the Seattle area some mean, meaty madness when they open up next year. For now, Colby and his wife Kacey (also a professional chef, how'd you like to live under that roof?!) are decking the halls and breaking out their bakeware in order to provide their friends, family and loved ones with a plethora of holiday yummies.

Egg Nog Icing
1 stick of unsalted butter at room temp.
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup Best Eggnog
1/4 tsp fresh granulated nutmeg
Pinch ground cinnamon
Pinch of fine salt
- Add all of the ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl.
- Use an electric mixer and blend together until smooth.
- Add to piping bag or spread onto the treat of your choice.
