This recipe is so simple, healthy and delicious you'll want to keep it as a go-to weeknight quickie.

1 cup of quinoa
1 1/2 cup of water
1 medium sized jar of salsa
1 tin of black beans

  • Cook the quinoa in the water until tender.
  • Add the salsa to the cooked quinoa and let warm over low heat.
  • Heat the black beans in a separate pan, when coked mix with the quinoa and salsa.

Delicious and darn tootin' if it ain't somewhat of a fancy feast you can impress your neighbors with.
