Daytime television has gone to the foodies! The Chew is a unique hybrid of cooking show meets roundtable topic discussion, focusing on fabulous recipes, industry secrets, health & wellness and entertaining tips for dinner parties. It's a whole new level of cooking show that goes deeper into the history of food, the healing powers of food and the new ways in which food is being used.
On a scale of 1-10 our Yumologists give this new talk show flavor a 9. It's got all the elements of a great cooking show but we'd like to see them break beyond the boundaries. We'd like to see some blending of food with other hot button topics like politics, art and pop-culture. If we could somehow analyze the daily headlines and relate them to food - then we'd be really impressed!
