Here's a quick tip our Yumologists use to make their vegetables more flavorful and even healthier - roast 'em! Whether they come bagged and frozen or fresh from the produce section of your grocery store, you'll love the way they taste after just four simple steps in your roasting pan or cookie sheet:

1) Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables of your choosing
**NOTE: If you do use frozen veggies be sure to thaw and drain them before hand

2) Squeeze fresh lemon juice

3) Sprinkle a healthy dose of sea salt

4) Roast the veggies at 350 degrees until they develop a slight golden crisp to their outside edges.

Voila! You now have a delicious side dish that's tasty, healthy and impressive to serve. Our Yumologists like to call this one a "no brainer."
