A number of our Yumologists are preparing to become Yummy Mummies here in the next few months and we thought we'd take this time to arm them with three quick and easy recipes guaranteed to satisfy a child's appetite. Remember to always check with your pediatrician before feeding any of these to your infant, just in case your child has any allergies or digestion problems.

Banajammie (For infants and toddlers)
1 Banana
1 cup of fruit jam

Spice up a regular banana and make it much easier to swallow by mashing it up and mixing it with fruit jam.

Tunoodles (Children 2-3 yrs +)
1 tin of tuna
2 cups of egg noodles
2 tbsp of butter

Simply heat the tuna in a a saucepan and crumble it in with the cooked egg noodles. Drizzle butter over the top.

Cinnarolls (Children 3 yrs +)

1 slice of white bread
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tbsp cinnamon

Let your kids make their own cinnamon rolls without the risk of using an oven. Simply spread the butter on the bread and sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon on top of it. Roll the bread and cut into pinwheel portions.

These are just a few, fun, easy to swallow and digest recipes that growing kids love to help eat and make.
