Pie - was there ever a more elegant solution to hunger? So beautiful is this symmetrical sustinence that it's been given it's own magical powers in the mathematical universe. Yumologists have loved and respected pie for years, their appreciation culminating in the annual pie party ritual.
Every year Yumologists the world over gather together in a friendly competition of endless pie possibilities! Sweet, savory, chocolate, quiche, whatever the combination everyone's taste buds are sure to be satisfied.

One of our favorite and easiest recipes is a sorbet, swirl pie, guaranteed delish!

Sorbet Swirl Pie

1 quart of your favorite sorbet
1 tub of Cool Whip
1 ready-made, graham cracker, pie crust
Whip cream and fresh fruit for garnish
  • Let the sorbet sit outside of the freezer and thaw to the point where it can slide easily out of its box and mixed in a large bowl with the Cool Whip. Stir gently to the point where the sorbet and Cool Whip begin to swirl.
  • Pour mixture into a ready-made, graham cracker pie crust and freeze for one hour.
  • Remove from freezer 10 mins prior to serving with whip cream and fresh fruit topping.
